By accessing our website, purchasing a GPS tracking device, using our mobile application or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase, install or use our products and services.

Products and Services

Track Solid India provides GPS tracking devices and related services for vehicles, including application access, tracking features, technical support and installation assistance.

Product features may vary depending on the device model, subscription plan, network availability, vehicle compatibility and service location.

User Account and Login Details

Customers may receive login credentials for accessing GPS tracking services. Customers are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords and verification details confidential.

• Do not share login details with unauthorized persons.
• Use a secure password and change it when necessary.
• Notify us if unauthorized access is suspected.
• Keep registered contact information updated.

Orders and Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification and acceptance by Track Solid India.

We may cancel or refuse an order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or incorrect customer information.

Pricing and Payments

Product prices, installation charges, subscription fees, taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Applicable GST or taxes may be charged separately.
• Orders are processed after successful payment verification.
• Payment gateway charges may apply where applicable.
• Customers must provide accurate billing information.

GPS Device Installation

Installation must be performed by a trained technician or according to the instructions provided for the applicable device and vehicle.

Track Solid India will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect wiring, unauthorized installation, tampering, water damage, voltage fluctuation or improper use.

• Vehicle compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
• The device should not be opened or modified.
• Installation charges may be separate from the product price.
• Reinstallation or relocation may involve additional charges.

Subscription, SIM and Renewal Services

Some GPS tracking services require an active subscription, data connection or SIM-based service.

Customers are responsible for renewing subscriptions before expiry. Tracking services may stop or become limited if the subscription, SIM or data service expires.

• Renewal charges may change over time.
• Unused subscription time is generally not transferable.
• Network availability depends on telecom service providers.
• Delayed renewal may require reactivation.
• Reactivation charges may apply where applicable.

Acceptable and Lawful Use

Customers must use GPS devices and services only for lawful purposes and only for vehicles or assets they own or are authorized to monitor.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required before installing or using a GPS tracking device.

• Do not use the service for illegal surveillance.
• Do not access another customer’s account.
• Do not interfere with servers, applications or networks.
• Do not misuse location or personal information.
• Do not resell services without written authorization.

GPS Accuracy and Service Availability

GPS location, speed, route and other information may be affected by mobile network coverage, satellite visibility, tunnels, buildings, weather, device placement, power supply and third-party service availability.

Tracking information should be treated as an assistance tool and not as a guaranteed emergency, safety or theft-recovery service.

Product Warranty

Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects and is subject to the warranty terms provided with the product or invoice.

Warranty may not apply in cases including:

• Physical damage, breakage or burning.
• Water, moisture or chemical damage.
• Incorrect installation or wiring.
• Voltage fluctuation or electrical damage.
• Unauthorized opening, modification or repair.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence.
• Missing serial number, IMEI, invoice or warranty proof.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation, return and refund requests are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refund eligibility may depend on order status, product condition, activation status, installation status, subscription usage and supporting evidence provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Solid India will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products and services.

This includes loss arising from network failure, GPS signal interruption, incorrect installation, vehicle theft, account misuse, delayed alerts, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, documentation and other materials associated with Track Solid India are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be copied, modified, redistributed, sold or commercially used without written permission.

Suspension or Termination of Services

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to services where there is non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, policy violation or unauthorized access.

Where reasonably possible, customers may be contacted before service suspension. Immediate action may be taken where needed to protect users, systems or legal rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
